Triangular object seen in Memphis, TN

I was outside and whenever I'm outside. I always take a look up at the sky to see if I can ever catch anything. One night, I was sitting in my car in my front yard. Than I looked up and seen what I thought was the Milky Way in the sky. But, that didn't catch my attention because as soon as I saw the like Milky Way in the sky. I saw a huge solid black object like 1 mile above me moving in the sky on my left going towards the milky way like thing in the sky, which was on my right. I was surprise how low it was. So, I got out my car and walked underneath it while It was going right over me and my house to get a better look. I couldn't get a hold of what I was looking at, it was so hard to see the unknown aircraft in the night sky. But, I knew I was looking at something because It blocked out the stars and I was just amazed how quietly it just glided over me. I told my friend's if you wasn't looking up, you would miss it. The aircraft had wings, but no middle section like a commercial airplane does. I saw a boomerang aircraft that had 6 dark orange lights glowing & fading beneath it. I was trying my hardest to comprehend it to another aircraft, My best guess was it was a newly United States Spy Drone. As, soon as I saw it. I reported it to Facebook in my opinion while it was still fresh in my mind.
But after months of seeing the object. I never worried about it anymore or anything. I woke up one morning with 3 thumb size spots on my stomach and another spot near my lower stomach and waist. Which I know for sure I didn't have the night before or any other time in my life. But, the spot near my lower stomach and waist looked like a tool was used or something. Because, the spots looked like 12 perfect mini circles making a perfect circle. I showed my mother the spots, she said it had to do with the sun and there called Sun-Spots. But It just looked to clean to be sun-spots.
