Dead Grey found in woods a week after UFO sighting

While hiking in the woods, I found a shocking discovery which made me believe it was a Grey corpse. The figure was about 5 feet tall, bluish grey skin with a lumpy texture, no visible external organs, a small mouth, two skeletal slits for a nose, small eyes, and a skull which was flat on the sides with smaller recesses in the center. It had three fingers on each hand, and three webbed toes on each foot. The creature was lying with its knees bent against a large tree in one of the paths in the woods. Approximately one week prior, my girlfriend had reported seeing one formation of blinking triangular lights in the sky, possibly making me believe the two are correlated.
