Strange lights flying over uninhabited land

It's the 3rd time this year. I live in the country . The first time the light was in one spot the slowly movers higher in altitude then flew off rapidly. 2 hrs later it appeared in the same general area and it was lite up and flew up and down then disappeared, this was in January. Tonight it happened at 8 pm. The light was really low and flew from west to east and dissapeared. Really bright lights. All of the lights are being seen over land that is not inhabited by humans.
