Bluish ufo hoovering, decending and rising

We were driving on Forest Hills Blvd. in Wellington Florida around 8:30 pm when a bluish, white light streaked across the sky in front of us from south to north in the blink of an eye. It then came to a sudden stop and hovered for around 10 seconds over Southern Blvd. and descended, slowly, below the tree line, rose back up slowly to the original position around 250 feet high and then went down again. Me, my wife and grand daughter were in the car and pulled over when it originally hovered and we all watched it. I was always a believer, but now I'm 1000 % sure.
