Lake Elsinore Ca. Approx. 1 month ago.

At approx. 0730 pm pacific, as I was heading down grand ave heading towards lake elsinore coming from the menifee area I sighted to my left side below the ortega ranges peaks and approx 200 ft above ground maybe 300, I spotted a large oblong shape from left to right electric neon blue light. Bright enough to light the range of mountains to left of it a bright neon blue light projecting out of a now forming mist next appeared a white light cone shaped the large end of the cone coming towards the direction i was coming from and moving about almost as if in a search pattern towards and around altitude level and the ground below it. That particular light seemed to be scanning as if in search of something in particular swept the lake a couple of times quickly the hillsides and ground area. There was and orangish red light that appeared between the two it flashed 2 to 3 times or actually strobed is a better description. A side note to the observations was this mist/ cloud formation that was developing as if to mask itself from sight which was totally impossible to me as there wasnt a cloud in the sky and I mean Anywhere,I specifically noted that.I thought what the hell thats the only cloud formation in the sky? Some kind of lake gas or someone trying to fool anyone seeing this so i started scanning the hillside looking for a projection light that may be projected up onto a cloud bank that i had possibly missed during the sighting and there was nothing . no clouds no noticable eruptions of some unknow ground based projectiles to create this formation where a projector might fake this observation. While watching this it was as if time had slowed in my thought process allowing me ample time to note the variables that might contribute to other things such as the late reported triton missle launch at sea in san francisco some 6 to 8 hours drive away. It was well below the ridgeline of the ortega mountains there by masking any clear view towards the coast in any direction observable . id say the blue light was approx 100 feet in width and 30 feet in height the orange light that appeared was aprprox 15 feet in diameter the white light at its base point was approx 5 feet in diameter projecting in the cone word shape to about 75 feet in diameter the cloud formation that was steadily condensing to a thicker consistancy and was contained in An oval formation with a counter clockwise rotation as if several fog machines were on a revolving base and emmitting fog. I noticed a helicoptor. Approaching from the riverside ca direction and a couple small aircraft as well light planes piper cub type heading in The direction of this appearance and it was as if the light all well encompassed now iside This fog bank yet bright enough to clearly be visible jumped up and to the left bringing itself above the ortega ridge line and over then moved of at speed in the direction of orange county los angeles county coast line. And then just gone with the only thing remaining this mysterious disapating fog which was going as fast as whatever had just left Still moving in the counter clockwise rotation and dispersing with the altitude winds.
