Traveling north on hwy. 29 brilliant white light over the west side of Napa stayed stationary until we came close to trancas st exit as we continued on the craft buzzed our vehicle. Going from west to east., no sound no blinking lights just white light as it passed the lights remained completely unchanged and it continued. Only changing course to south easterly direction
