circular object approaching the halo of the sun

Around noon and 1pm there was a circle halo around the sun in Los Angeles, California. Since the halo around the sun was strange or not often seem, I decided to take several pictures, I took the pictures thinking that maybe I would not even catch the halo since the sun brightness is great, however, after I got home that evening I took a look at the pictures, and I was able to catch the round halo around the sun, but much to my surprise there was metallic looking object before the halo and then the next picture the metallic object had already entered the halo towards the sun.
