Flare Lights in Ladera Ranch Sky-so bright!

Getting home from work and I looked up the sky as always and I saw to super bright red flare lights on the southeast sky in Ladera Ranch. The light did not moved at all. The lights seemed to paused on the air. I knew right away that that was something unique so I ran inside the house and I told my family to come outside to see the things. One of the lights started to dim out and get less brighter but it did not move it just evaporated. the second light stayed there a bit longer but eventually dissipated. The lights intensity was like the lights of an emergency flare.
