Color changing disc in sky Hayward and San Jose CA

While leaving our RV I looked in the southern sky and saw a lager flashing light. I asked my partner Jim if he could see it, I was not wearing eye glasses. He said he did. I then told him to get the binoculars. We I looked, I could see the object flashing every color of the rainbow. But I was seeing two objects through them. I gave the binoculars back to Jim.
I wanted to get another witness so I went to the house and got or nephew Kiko to see.
He was followed by his son Jason.
I showed Kiko and he confirmed that he was seeing it also. Jason also looked and he started asking what it was. Of course we ran through the list. The first being a plane and as we were watching, a plane we right towards it. So plane was off the list. A balloon, but it was not moving. And when it did, it was almost random. From our view it would move behind a wire. It would then stop and change directions. It was very slow and odd
The thing was round. Take a computer mother board and cut a circle out of it. It was changing color faster then a cuttlefish in waves. It had a hazy around it. I would swear that the object was making it hazy. I could focus onto it through my telescope and we watched it for an hour even though Kilos wife, Lucy , made him go inside.
We could see that there was objects on it !! We could see small objects move around on it !! They seem to follow paths. We watched for an hour as it slowly moved around in the sky.
I have no idea who to contact. I did try to video tape it, but I could not we the object on the screen. When I view the video, you do see it and that it changes color. But it is very jerky. I did not think it was recording so it is short.
The object was still in the sky when we went inside at 1:00am. It had just moved farther away, but it was still there. I did sent a post to channel 5 local news.
