two gray blimp or disk like objects in video

While watching a CNN news story I noticed something no one else has seemed to notice. The story is about theft from parked vehicles around the country were the thieves use an unknown electronic device to unlock the cars. The story then talks about theft victim Steven Doi who is a resident of Corona CA. Mr Doi has video surveillance cameras installed in his Cadillac. His cameras caught the thief at work. They also caught something else. At the .56 second mark on the video you see the thief walk past the car. Look in the sky in the background over the apartment buildings. First you see a clear sky at the 1.07 mark two gray objects are clearly seen where nothing was just moments before. It cant be a hoax because no one noticed it yet. Could it be blimps? A little research should answer that question. They look like disks, as the angle of their positions slightly changed while they hovered near motionless in the sky.
