Black craft low in the sky hovering over an empty complex located in Brentwood CA slowly rose and did a figure 8 type moment before taking off. I do not have 50 words to type so I am typing this instead and since it say's I only have 39 words at the moment, I will continue to type so that I can get the word out there. My granddaughter told be she saw this and is to scared to report it.
