I go outside to smoke, always looking for planes, I noticed a brighter light than any other star in northern sky. It was a solid white light. (not blinking) The light got smaller very quickly, like headed away from me. It moved very fast and got faint very quickly, then disappeared. Event lasted less than 30 seconds.
