Large Black Triangular Object Followed Me

My friend Tim and I were on our way back to our village when we noticed a very bright set of lights in the corner of a field by the turn off we needed to take (from the A27 Duel Carriageway). I assumed it was a set of floodlights and continued on my way. Very quickly it became apparent that the lights had started moving, more over had caught us up and were now matching our speed and direction, hovering above us.

It was at this point I realized it was a very large triangular object - with a light in each corner. It was about 20m or so above us. SO close you could feel the air being moved by the craft (or what ever the feeling was - I could only guess at).

I would estimate it to have been 30m to 50m each side or so. Matt black, with a very bright round light in each corner. If the side of the object was about 50m long then the lights were approx 2m in diameter.

We continued down the road with the object above us - after about 1-2 miles it started to change direction and we decided to follow it into a field and kept up with it as far as the car would go. At this point we got out and followed it on foot - we noticed there was almost no noise from the object that was close enough above us that if we had tried we could have hit it with a thrown stone!

We followed it as best as we could until we lost track of it when it went behind some tree's. I dont remember how we lost track of it but it was there one moment and gone the next. I was a little shaken at this point so that may have something to do with it.

Anyway we looked for it and it had disappeared. No noise, no sign of exhaust, nothing. After that we drove home (my house was about 5 mins away form here).

Other details :

My friend and I were not intoxicated in anyway. We both clearly remember the incident. And agree on all of the details.

The date is approximate but not too far off (the time is correct, as is the fact it was on a Saturday).

I had not heard of this type pf craft before this incident, only having looked it up since it happened.

This is 100% factual and I have tried to be as accurate as is possible. No exaggerations and no changing the details to fit with other Black Triangle reports I have read about.
