Dark red fiery ball fast over Thames West to East

I live right next to the River Thames in Erith, Kent, U.K. At 21.30 I saw this dark fiery red ball travelling very fast and high above the Thames, travelling from west to east. I grabbed my phone to try and get a picture, but outcome was not good. The ball then carried on, and I lost sight of it as it crossed over the Queen Elizabeth bridge Dartford, Kent about 3 miles due east of me. No sound was heard, no vapour trail, and the weather was calm. The whole process from start to finish lasted no more than 10 to 15 seconds
