8pm Uganda time. A very bright object in the star filled sky in north. It dimmed/or appeared to go up. Then started moving south at very high speed with absolutely no sound. Seen by at least three people. Lately MIGs have been making practice runs in the air. Aircraft at high altitude do not seem to move that fast. If it was low altitude, then surprising no noise at all!
