I looked up from our condo and noticed a black dot just sitting still high up in the sky. Birds were having hard time flying because of the wind, but this thing was just sitting still. Moved a little, went up and i lost the sight of it. Looks like it could be a drone and not a ufo, but I figured I'd report it anyway. This was very close to the Sheremetievo international airport in Moscow.
