Flying N-S, slowly enough to see it between buildings for 4-5 seconds, I could see object looking like a returning space ship but contact in the air was showing blue and white light in its immediate surtounding, with short white smoke following ang disappearing at the back almost immediately. Could see it over and between the scattered clouds, 17:10 Nov 1, 2015
