Stationary circular object in south, south eastern sky. Object flashing blue red green and white. Hovering for 30min now. Planes flying near the object. Pictures taken by witnesses, almost looks like the 4 colors are rotating around it in a pattern. Still stationery after 45 mins. Very bright and distinct colors
