Strange large doughnut shape translucent object sitting in the sky for at least 45 minute, about 35 degrees of the horizon. North of Canberra Australia. Emitting bright white light that slowly became more golden before going very bright red and fading away. object appeared to very slowly drift NW as color and intensity of light changed.
